All Services details, timelines, and deliverables will be confirmed via written agreement, proposal, or email.

• Clients must provide accurate, lawful, and complete information
• Clients are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Clients must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes

• Payments must be made as per agreed quotation, Invoice or contract
• Once a service or project has commenced, payments are non-refundable
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or termination

• All reports, documents, designs, test results, and deliverables remain the property of Tijarat AI-SEO Hub until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, usage rights will be transferred as agreed
• Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited under Bangladeshi copyright laws

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as business growth, revenue increase, software defect-free status, or search engine rankings
• Tijarat AI-SEO Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party platforms, regulatory changes, construction execution, or software misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• The client violates Bangladeshi law
• There is a breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unethical conduct is identified
